Villa Magnifica features a 400 sq. ft raised deck, with four cushioned lounge chairs for tanning by the pool. At night, solar lights provide a gorgeous and intimate setting on this deck.
This area can be also be used as a dance floor for your event
Villa Magnifica includes 4,000 sqft of lighted turf to serve as your own private playground, complete with a variety of sports and games to satisfy all ages and levels of athletic prowess.
Here your guests can play backyard games such as Badminton, Paddle Ball, Volleyball, Soccer, Frisbee, WiffleBall, Corn Hole, Beer-Pong, Ping-Pong, and Giant Jenga.
The Parking
Villa Magnifica’s front yard has parking for up to 15 cars and includes a lovely lighted pathway that meanders through flowering trees and a fragrant rose garden.
